Very cheaply made poor customer service. Called the company to complain about my unit not working and they said they could not help me. Even though the website clearly states they have a warranty. The Lights did not hold up under the wet conditions and are not waterproof. Buyers this is just another cheap LED strip that has been fabricated in China that 2 young kids are trying to profit off of. Do your homework on this company Look elsewhere for your LEDs this is a poorly designed product with poor management operation. That shows in their product.
